Ingredients
2 Golden Delicious apples
handful of arugula
100 g feta cheese
a few walnuts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Slice the apples thin.
Stir in with arugula, feta and nuts.
Drizzle with a dressing of olive oil, honey and lemon.
