Chicken with apple and ginger sauce

Chicken fillet marinated in Red Jonaprince apple juice, with ginger and honey. Aromatic, slightly sweet and perfectly balanced – a dish that merges European refinement with Colombian energy.

Preparation

  1. Combine all the marinade ingredients and leave the chicken fillet in it for one hour.
  2. Fry until golden, add the marinade and simmer for 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens and becomes fragrant.
  3. Serve with jasmine rice and slices of apple.
Add a pinch of chilli – Colombia likes it hot and Europe likes it balanced.
