  2. Stew the apples with honey, cinnamon and vanilla – let the kitchen smell like a European orchard.
  3. Roll out the dough, line the tin with it, add the stewed apples, and cover with crumble.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C and serve with coconut ice cream – a classic dessert with a tropical twist.
