European apples are not just fruit: they are a diversity of nature, tradition and taste. Each variety tells its own story of climate, soil and human passion.
Meet the heroes of European orchards.
Our apples

Five varieties, one European standard.

Gala

Small, shiny and full of flavour. Gala is a taste of childhood: refined notes honey, with a crunchy texture and juicy flesh. Ideal for snacking, for desserts or as a symbol of everyday pleasure. It is an apple that needs no additives – one bite is enough to experience the harmony of nature.

Golden Delicious

Golden skin, soft flesh and delicate aroma: the Golden Delicious is elegance in its purest form. A variety that never goes out of fashion: it is perfect for cakes, compotes and salads. The mild sweetness is reminiscent of a warm European summer.

Red Delicious

Dark red gloss with exceptional sweetness. The Red Delicious is an apple that delights in appearance and taste that are intense yet refined. It is a perfect choice for fruit salads, desserts or as a table decoration.

Red Jonaprince

A fusion of sweet and sour. A large, juicy apple of deep colour — a symbol of the balance between nature and modernity. A favourite of chefs, as it is good for almost everything: meat, cheese, cakes and juices.

Idared

Bright, juicy flesh with a mildly sour hint and a smooth, glossy red skin makes this apple an eye-catcher. It stands out with a pleasant aroma and crispness, which persists even after prolonged storage. It is an extremely versatile variety that is perfect for eating raw, baking and making preserves.
How our apples are grown

European apples have their roots in places where tradition and modernity meet in the daily work of people who really know their job.

For generations, Polish and European orchards have been growing fruit with passion, patience and respect for nature.
It is no coincidence that this is where the apples that end up on tables all over the world come from – crisp, juicy and always fresh. Every stage of their life is founded on a fusion of know-how, experience and latest quality standards such as Global G.A.P., IPO (Integrated Production of Orchard) or HACCP. This ensures that everything from the first flowering to the last leg of shipping to the shop is done with care for the environment, safety and taste.
Because the European apple is not just a fruit. It is a history in a nutshell — or rather, in apple skin.
From the orchard to the house

Step by step

1. Growing

It all starts in the orchard. Orchard growers nurture their trees year-round – pruning, watering, and protecting them from disease to ensure every apple grows in perfect conditions.
It is where the flavour is born: from clean water, sunshine and the labour of people who love what they do.

2. Harvesting

When the time arrives, known by the perfect balance of colour and firmness, the apples are picked by hand, one by one.
Pickers know just how to pick each apple gently, without leaving a mark. Every apple is a little treasure – and is treated as such.

3. Sorting

After harvest, the apples go to modern sorting facilities where they are washed, scanned and graded. Dedicated cameras analyse their colour, size and quality, and any fruit that passes the selection process gets the green light to continue its journey.
The remaining fruit finds new purpose in processing – because nothing ever goes to waste.

4. Storage

To keep them fresh for many months, the apples go into a cold store with a controlled atmosphere – with low temperatures and reduced oxygen levels.
This ensures that even after a long time they are as juicy as the day they were harvested.

5. Delivery

Time to ship them out. The apples travel in refrigerated containers by truck and ship across the ocean – always kept in ideal conditions with the cold chain uninterrupted.
This is true freshness logistics, planned down to the minute.

6. Shops

On the shop shelf, the apple looks like a star – shiny, fragrant, and with the European quality mark.
You choose them because you know there is more than advertising slogans behind the taste – there is people’s work, tradition and a guarantee of quality.

7. Home

Finally, it all culminates at your home. The apple makes its way into your kitchen, into your child’s lunch box, into a cake or smoothie.
It tastes as good as it looks – and that’s what the whole process is about.

A taste you can trust

Behind every European apple is an immense amount of work, experience and heart. It is not just a fruit – it is a symbol of quality, freshness and care for nature.
Because when you choose apples from Europe, you choose a taste you can trust.
